• Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Telecom Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years in DWDM, TCP/IP, or system design operations methodology.
• Experience with field operation technicians, engineers, contractors, or vendors in telecom environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate Google's network reliably and at scale.
• Execute deployment, maintenance, and operations of private data networks worldwide.
• Develop creative approaches and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep costs low.
• Monitor the network and repair issues while anticipating needs and escalating issues.
• Own network documentation, designs, and plans.
