You will work with Technical Program Managers, Network Engineers, Design and Infrastructure Engineers, Field Engineers, and vendors to position your team for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in network/telecom engineering or related field.
• 2 years in telecom with optical networks, transmission systems, L2/L3 routers, data services.
• Unix/Linux administration and scripting experience.
• Experience in IP network operations and optical networking.

Responsibilities

• Respond to network outages by diagnosing Layer 1–3 errors and performing repairs.
• Develop workflows to diagnose optical Layer 1/3 issues to completion.
• Participate in 24/7 global team shift rotations.
• Provide remote support for field operations related to repairs.
• Interface with high-level customers to communicate repair status.
