Job summary

Pega seeks a senior in-house lawyer to lead privacy, cybersecurity and AI governance globally. You will partner with Cloud, Product, Security and Sales to enable innovation while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.

You will build and lead a high-performing legal team, negotiate complex technology contracts, and advise leadership on strategic privacy and AI decisions to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• JD degree and in-house privacy/cybersecurity/AI experience.
• Minimum 7 years leading privacy/AI/cyber function at a SaaS company.
• 15+ years drafting and negotiating privacy, cybersecurity and AI provisions.
• Experience partnering with finance, compliance and product teams.
• Seasoned in-house advisor on strategic privacy, cybersecurity and AI.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on privacy, cybersecurity and AI governance across global regulatory changes.
• Develop cross-functional policies aligning security with legal requirements.
• Support negotiations of client contracts on cybersecurity, privacy and AI terms with updated language.
• Lead and develop a team of cybersecurity, privacy and AI lawyers; coordinate dotted-line resources.
