Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced U.S.-based Privacy Counsel to join our Legal Team. You will shape and scale ElevenLabs’ global privacy program as we expand internationally, advising on privacy, data protection, and AI governance across products and operations.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Security, and GTM teams to provide practical guidance that enables innovation while ensuring evolving regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• JD with active NY bar membership.
• 6+ years of privacy/compliance experience.
• Experience advising AI/ SaaS on global privacy.
• Knowledge of US biometric privacy laws and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Advise on global privacy and data protection laws incl. CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, and other frameworks.
• Assess privacy risks relating to AI, biometric data, and voice tech.
• Partner with Product/Engineering to implement privacy-by-design.
