Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Privacy Program Manager to scale its global privacy program. You’ll translate regulatory requirements into repeatable processes and work with Legal, Product, Engineering, Security, Safety, and GTM teams to operationalize privacy-by-design.

You will manage PIAs/DPIAs, data inventories, data subject rights, and vendor privacy assessments, while driving privacy tooling, metrics, and governance across a fast-moving AI company.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in privacy program management, privacy operations, data governance, compliance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience operationalizing privacy requirements under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, US state privacy laws, HIPAA and biometric privacy.
• Technical mindset; able to read data flow diagrams and translate legal requirements into engineering terms.
• Experience building or significantly improving privacy review processes, PIAs, DPIAs, or privacy control frameworks.
• Hands-on experience managing consent management platforms and cookie/tracking compliance, including configuration and coordination with marketing.
• Familiarity with security/privacy frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001; privacy certifications (CIPP/US, CIPM, CIPT) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve ElevenLabs’ global privacy program, translating legal requirements into scalable operational processes.
• Own privacy compliance workflows across GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, US state privacy laws, HIPAA, and biometric privacy requirements.
• Oversee Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs/DPIs) and assessments involving AI, biometric data, voice tech, and health information.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Security to operationalize privacy-by-design in the product lifecycle.
• Maintain data inventories, RoPAs, data flow docs, and other privacy governance records.
• Coordinate data subject requests and other rights requests, ensuring timely handling per regulations.
• Collaborate on third-party/privacy vendor assessments and data processing requirements.
• Support privacy incident response and inquiries with documentation, timelines, and actions.
• Implement privacy tooling and automation, including consent management and cookie/tracking mechanisms.
• Develop privacy program metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Develop and maintain privacy policies, playbooks, templates, and internal guidance.
