Job summary

W. L. Gore & Associates is seeking a Senior Global Pricing Specialist to lead pricing strategy and governance for Gore Performance Solutions.

This remote role partners with Product Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Regional Sales to establish scalable pricing frameworks across product lines and geographies. You will drive value-based pricing, margin optimization, and commercial effectiveness, working within a global matrix to deliver profitable growth and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in pricing.
Significant experience developing and implementing global product pricing strategies in industrial/B2B environments.
Proven ability to drive margin improvement and commercial growth through pricing initiatives.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and strategic problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead a comprehensive global pricing strategy aligned with Gore GPS growth and profitability objectives.
Establish scalable pricing governance models, policies, approval frameworks, and global standards.
Drive pricing consistency across regions and product lines.
Create pricing segmentation strategies by product category, customer type, market, and channel.
Lead pricing reviews to optimize margin and competitiveness.
Collaborate with Product Management to align pricing with product lifecycle and value proposition.
