Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Pricing Strategy Specialist based in Belgium. You will shape pricing practices across a global industrial portfolio, using data, market insights, and customer segmentation to drive revenue and margins.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Channel, and Finance to influence pricing decisions across international markets. You will turn complex pricing data into practical recommendations, support new product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of professional pricing experience.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Experience with pricing strategies and customer segmentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies to improve price performance and margins.
• Collaborate with Product Management during new product introductions to align pricing globally.
• Design customer segmentation and pricing strategies across portfolio segments.
• Monitor pricing performance and identify outlier pricing needing review.
• Ensure pricing decisions align with governance and agreements.
• Use pricing analytics tools to support decision-making.
• Provide data-informed pricing recommendations to cross-functional teams.
• Support ongoing evolution of pricing practices across international markets.
