Job summary

RTC is seeking a pricing analyst to perform global pricing analysis and provide recommendations across Asia and Latin America. You will support Create RFP/RFI submissions and deliver financial analyses that inform pricing, margin, and investments.

The role partners with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Product, and Regional Finance to ensure accurate, actionable insights and alignment with business objectives, with exposure to senior leadership and involvement in major customer programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) or financial analysis in a corporate environment.
• Strong financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience working with ERP systems and large data sets.
• Solid understanding of cost accounting in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Pricing analysis and development across regions, ensuring accuracy and alignment.
• Create RFP/RFI inputs, build financial models, and produce P&Ls for pricing strategies.
• Translate financial analysis into pricing recommendations balancing competitiveness and margin.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis with leadership.
