AbbVie seeks an Associate Director, International Market Access and Pricing, Immunology to lead international pricing for RINVOQ and shape pricing strategy across indications and markets. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Health Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Pharmacy or a related field.
• Strong quantitative and modelling skills with experience building and interpreting pricing, forecasting or scenario models in Excel.
• Working knowledge of International Reference Pricing and its impact on launch sequencing and price setting.
• Ability to condense complex analysis into clear, concise recommendations for senior audiences. Excellent written and spoken English.
• Able to influence without authority in a matrix organization, make sound calls on incomplete data, and challenge affiliate proposals constructively.
• Hands-on experience with pricing business cases for executive pricing committees, PVTO analysis and Plan/LRP pricing assumptions.
• Knowledge of P&R systems in priority markets: Germany, Canada, Japan and China, plus Australia, France, Italy, Spain and the UK.
• Understanding of HTA and health economic principles from a payer perspective.
• Experience in immunology or another multi-indication specialty brand.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain International pricing guidance for RINVOQ in line with brand strategy and IAS.
• Apply Strategic Pricing Framework to define price potential of new indications and formulations.
• Develop contracting guidance and access models protecting net price and reference-price position.
• Monitor International pricing policy and competitor pricing and flag risks and opportunities.
• Lead the development, review and challenge of pricing business cases from affiliates and Areas.
• Prepare and present business cases to International and Global Executive Pricing Councils with a clear recommendation and financial impact.
• Build and run PVTO analyses to evaluate price and access scenarios and net revenue impact.
• Assess IRP implications of price changes and quantify cross-country spill-over and sequencing.
• Design, run and interpret IRP, PVTO and launch-sequencing models with senior stakeholders.
