Job summary

AbbVie in the United States seeks an Associate Director, International Market Analytics & Business Insights, Immunology (Rheumatology). The role leads global market analytics, BI planning, and primary/secondary research to inform brand strategies and patient insights.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and deliver actionable recommendations to accelerate growth across indications such as RA, PSA, AxSpA, nr-AxSpa and beyond. Requires 7–10 years in marketing analytics.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; MBA/MA preferred.
• 7–10 years in Marketing Analytics and BI with global/country insights.
• Experience developing Market Research/Analytics Plans.
• Immunology or Rheumatology experience is a plus.
• Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead international market analytics and BI planning across Rheumatology indications.
• Identify key business questions and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Track KPIs, perform secondary research deep dives, and generate insights.
• Develop relationships with Area and Key Affiliate contacts for plans.
• Guide brand teams with data-driven recommendations for launches and growth.
• Support financial planning and long-range forecasting with market share insights.
• Collaborate across IMABI, Commercial Excellence, and Marketing to deliver integrated analytics.
