Job summary

AbbVie seeks an Associate Director for International Market Access and Pricing in Oncology to lead global access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies for Elahere. You will translate clinical and economic insights into payer-ready strategies, coordinating with Area and Affiliate teams to optimize access across priority markets.

The role requires senior-level collaboration, strategic planning, and strong leadership to drive lifecycle management and launch readiness in international markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, payer, market access, pricing and reimbursement, commercial strategy, HEOR, or related experience.
• Global or international payer and access experience, preferably in oncology at the global, regional, or key-market level.
• Ability to translate clinical, health economic, payer, and competitive insights into access recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support Elahere international access, pricing and reimbursement strategy and 2L PROC launch execution and lifecycle planning.
• Synthesize insights into strategic recommendations for integrated access strategies.
• Develop and maintain core access deliverables, including value dossiers and payer value stories.
• Collaborate with Area and Affiliate teams on local pricing, reimbursement, and patient access implications.
• Advance maintenance launch preparation and lifecycle access planning with cross-functional alignment.
