Job summary

Goodwin Procter LLP is seeking a Strategic Pricing Co-op to join the Global Operations team in a dynamic, global environment. You will support pricing proposals, budgets, and economic modeling, while contributing to matter budgets and client value strategies.

You will work with attorneys and business professionals, using Excel and BI tools to track pricing metrics and staffing plans. Prior co-op or internship experience in a professional services setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI tools to optimize task execution and quality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Comfort with MS Office and Teams for collaboration.
• Knowledge of data visualization concepts and basic Tableau use.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing proposals and budgets for matters and projects.
• Maintain precedent materials and organize sample budgets, proposals, and data.
• Input financial data into client RFP templates with tight deadlines.
• Assist with economic modeling and reporting.
• Update Excel models to reflect pricing and staffing impact.
• Contribute to BI dashboards tracking matter economics and performance.
• Coordinate team processes and intake tracking.
