Goodwin is seeking a Strategic Pricing Co-op to join its Global Operations Team in Boston. You will help pricing proposals, build matter budgets, and support AFAs while learning financial modeling and data analysis in a professional services setting.

The role offers exposure to dashboards, BI reporting, and collaboration with attorneys and business professionals to improve pricing accuracy, transparency, and value.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to build and manipulate data.
• Willingness to learn pricing, budgeting, and AFAs in a professional services setting.
• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus (Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Support pricing proposals and budgets.
• Maintain precedent materials (budgets, proposals, data).
• Populate financial data into RFP templates using rate data.
• Assist with economic modeling and reporting.
• Update Excel models to reflect pricing and staffing.
• Contribute to BI dashboards and team performance reports.
• Coordinate team processes and intake tracking.
• Document key P&PM processes for onboarding.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and strategic support.
• Mine historical matters for insights on scope and profitability.
