Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism or equivalent.
• 10+ years of public relations experience in-house or agency environment.
• Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with PR operations, press office workflows, and issue vetting.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of PR operations goals across regions and time zones.
• Improve PR processes, systems, and tools, including AI-enhanced workflows.
• Manage vendor relationships supporting PR operations and media monitoring.
• Develop scalable protocols, playbooks, and messaging resources for global PR delivery.
• Oversee global PR reporting, dashboards, trends, and performance improvements.
