Latham & Watkins is seeking a Senior Manager of Public Relations – Operations in New York. The role drives PR operations strategy, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across regions and time zones, with hybrid in-office presence.

The candidate will manage processes, vendor partnerships, and reporting while upholding data confidentiality and global standards within a leading global law firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations or Journalism or equivalent.
• Master's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years of PR experience in-house or agency environment.
• Experience in and familiarity with legal industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Challenging conventional approaches and improving PR processes, using AI to increase efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with PR operation vendors.
• Promote global operational standards across the PR function.
• Develop, scale and maintain team guidance, playbooks and messaging resources.
• Oversee global PR reporting, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Protect confidential and sensitive information.
