Job summary

Jobtailor in New York seeks a senior PR operations leader to translate priorities into actionable plans and oversee global PR performance. You will partner with PR leadership to standardize processes, manage vendors, and protect sensitive information while supporting the global leadership team.

You will drive cross-region collaboration, build scalable playbooks, and guide executives through complex decisions, ensuring timely execution and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Experience advising or supporting senior leaders with strong business judgement.
• Ability to translate broad priorities into practical, executable plans.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence across functions without direct authority.
• Deep knowledge of public relations operations and press office practices.
• Proven ability to develop scalable operational plans and processes.
• Experience with project and resource management platforms (e.g., Asana) and MS 365.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PR leadership to establish priorities and operating plans.
• Coordinate leadership agendas and planning cycles.
• Monitor progress against commitments.
• Connect work across regions, practices, industries, and specialist teams.
• Identify dependencies and resolve operational gaps for decisions.
• Anticipate operational needs, surface risks, and propose solutions.
• Develop scalable guidance, playbooks, protocols, and messaging resources.
• Establish global operational standards across PR function.
• Oversee global PR reporting, performance metrics, dashboards, and vendor relations.
• Protect confidential information and provide chief-of-staff-level support.
