Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Global Power Delivery Equipment Lead to own the company’s worldwide equipment strategy, OEM relationships, and capacity planning for data-center power infrastructure. You will drive end-to-end sourcing across gas turbines, transformers, switchgear, solar and BESS, coordinating with US, EMEA, and APAC teams to optimize allocations and timelines.

You will negotiate framework and master agreements, manage supplier slots, and ensure alignment with site needs and project

Qualifications

  • 12+ years in power equipment, grid infrastructure, or energy markets.
  • Experience with data center power, utilities, or large industrial loads.
  • Negotiated framework or reservation agreements with major power-equipment OEMs.
  • Experience with islanded/behind-the-meter vs grid-connected configurations.
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Drive negotiations and Master Purchase Agreements for gas turbines, transformers, switchgear, and energy storage.
  • Secure OEM slots, capacity reservations, and manage allocation across sites.
  • Build relationships with OEMs across US, Europe, APAC and coordinate with regional leads.
  • Translate energy pipeline into equipment forecasts and procurement pipelines.
  • Manage lead times and contingency plans to avoid delays.
