Anthropic is hiring a Global Power Delivery Equipment Lead to own the worldwide strategy for power equipment across data center builds. You will negotiate with OEMs, secure capacity, and coordinate with energy leads across regions to align procurement with project timelines.

This role enables innovative off-grid and grid-connected configurations, manages long-lead equipment, and drives framework terms to scale at portfolio level. Strong power-systems expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in power equipment, grid infrastructure, or energy markets.
• Experience developing processes for forecasting, planning, and procuring power generation and grid-integration equipment.
• Familiar with power systems equipment and islanded/behind-the-meter vs grid-connected configurations.
• Experience negotiating framework, master supply, or capacity reservation agreements with major OEMs.
• Negotiated framework or reservation agreements at $100M+ scale with executive-level OEM relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, power systems, construction management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial negotiations and master purchase agreements for critical power equipment.
• Secure and manage OEM manufacturing slots and capacity reservations across sites and regions.
• Build relationships with OEM leadership across multiple regions and markets.
• Own the global equipment strategy and translate pipelines into forecasts and procurement plans.
• Enable innovative off-grid and grid-integrated configurations by securing framework terms.
• Set global equipment plans with regional energy leads reflecting interconnection timelines and code specs.
• Decide allocation across sites, hold partners to schedule, and manage total cost of supply.
• Implement frameworks to ensure third-party partners adhere to equipment terms and specs.
• Collaborate with EPCs, utilities, and developers on programmatic equipment approaches.
• Own lead-time risk and manage OEM lead times against site and project schedules.
