Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to manage our Power BI and Microsoft Fabric environment. You will administer, monitor, and optimize the analytics platform supporting business users across multiple sites and regions.

Responsibilities include implementing security models, data gateways, and capacity planning, while collaborating with global IT teams to ensure reliability and governance. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Power BI focus are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in CS/IS or related field.
2+ years IT engineering experience with emphasis on Power BI administration.

Responsibilities

Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot the Power BI and Microsoft Fabric tenant across multiple sites and regions.
Install, configure, and manage on-premises data gateways and data sources for reliable refresh.
Manage semantic models, refresh schedules, deployment pipelines, and troubleshoot refresh failures.
Design and maintain a permissions model including workspace roles, app access, and Entra ID security groups.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of the Power BI and Fabric environment.
Coordinate with IT teams on capacity planning, governance, gateway maintenance, and upgrades.
Document configurations, procedures, and best practices.
Provide support and guidance to report authors, data owners, end users, and other IT staff.
