Job summary

The HT Group is seeking an experienced Microsoft Fabric / Power BI Architect to lead an assessment, optimization, and migration of a Power BI environment to Microsoft Fabric. This hands-on role focuses on capacity, performance, cost efficiency, governance, and data ingestion.

The ideal consultant has delivered enterprise Power BI Premium/Embedded architectures and can design a future-state Fabric environment, then guide the migration from planning through execution, with governance and knowledge

Qualifications

• H hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI capacity administration.
• Experience sizing and cost-modeling Fabric F-SKUs.
• Ability to design scalable multi-workspace architectures.
• Migration of enterprise Power BI to Fabric with governance.

Responsibilities

• Assess current workloads and size Fabric capacity.
• Design scalable workspace and capacity architecture.
• Develop migration strategy and runbook.
• Establish monitoring, alerting, and cost controls.
• Handoff to internal teams with documentation.
