Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Manager within the Electric Power Division to manage relationships with global accounts, including data center and technology leaders. You will help deploy fulfillment strategies for datacenter projects in alignment with Caterpillar’s sustainable solutions.

The role emphasizes contract management, risk mitigation, and KPI tracking across internal and external stakeholders to improve customer outcomes and project execution.

Qualifications

• Requires a college degree or equivalent experience with >10 years of industry experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across global stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, dealers and customers to enable key accounts sales & project execution objectives.
• Develop and deploy forecast translation methods and demand/supply assessments with Caterpillar factories and dealers.
• Develop and deploy demand signals, RFPs, and long-term forecasts across key accounts.
• Develop and deploy project execution planning, risk management, and contract management strategies.
• Develop and deploy product pipeline strategies and governance with factories, dealers and customers to ensure supply.
