Job summary

SAFRAN HELICOPTER ENGINES USA, INC. is seeking a Pool Assets Coordinator to manage North American stock, sizing, localization, and global immobilization loop follow-up.

You will interact with Safran Helicopter Engines worldwide repair centers and coordinate with Corporate to support North American Front Offices and customers. The role requires solving problems proactively, achieving target service rates for operators, and reaching inventory value targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or associate degree and 3–5 years related experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• 3+ years advanced spreadsheet skills (Pivot tables, charts/graphs, formulas).
• Experience delivering results under pressure and across international cultures.
• Lean Six Sigma or project management certification is an asset.
• Ability to multitask, be autonomous and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Provide AOG support.
• Review requests (Standard Exchange, rental, outright sales, consignments) and coordinate with other Pool sites to meet customer requirements and service rate targets.
• Provide the appropriate assets to Front Offices for any customer requests.
• For customized requests, build materials to meet the customer's technical criteria or budget.
• Coordinate with Corporate on worldwide answers to requests and support customer satisfaction.
• Ship engines to international destinations.
• Ensure the commercial policy application.
• Handle confidential information with care; avoid privacy breaches.
