Job summary

Safran Helicopter Engines USA seeks a proactive professional to manage North American pool assets, handling AOG support, coordinating requests, and ensuring service targets are met. You will interact with global repair centers and Front Offices to provide the right engines and materials for customer specs.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of related experience, plus advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency. Must understand export controls (ITAR/EAR) and work across international teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3–5 years related experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong Excel skills and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide AOG support and manage customer requests.
• Review request types and coordinate with other pool sites to meet customer needs and service targets.
• Provide assets to Front Offices for customer requests.
• Prepare materials for customized requests to meet technical or budget criteria.
• Coordinate worldwide responses with Corporate and improve customer satisfaction.
