Job summary

Premier Private Jets is seeking a Parts & Procurement Specialist to manage warehousing, parts purchasing, and supplier relations in a high-velocity aviation environment. You will ensure accurate inventory, timely deliveries, and support for maintenance and repair operations.

The role requires reading/writing English to FAA standards, a HS diploma, and the ability to pass background checks. Expect on-site work with potential for AOG on-call shifts and physical duties in hangar settings.

Qualifications

• Fluent English reading/writing to meet FAA regulations.
• Minimum 1–2 years of line service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must pass a drug test and 10-year background check.
• Valid state driver’s license with minimal moving violations in 3 years.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds and perform moderate to heavy physical exertion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehousing operations including storage, security and accountability of aircraft parts and materials.
• Coordinate movement of repairable materials to/from repair vendors and company shops.
• Perform shipping and receiving functions ensuring timely/accurate inbound purchases and repairs.
• Maintain accurate computerized inventory and resolve vendor discrepancies.
• Issue and quote parts for work orders to production departments at lowest cost.
• Establish reorder thresholds and maintain consumable inventory for all production areas.
