The Fountain Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Global PMO / Commercial Operations for a prominent client in Lake County, IL. This hybrid role onsite Tue-Thu offers a 6-month contract and an hourly pay rate of $92–$98.

The candidate will manage cross-functional programs across regions, standardize PMO processes, and drive transformation, product launches, and strategic initiatives while reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years leading matrixed, cross-functional, or global projects.
• Experience with business transformation, strategic programs, product launches, or marketing.
• Strong understanding of PMO methodologies, governance, and frameworks.
• Ability to engage senior leadership and global teams.

Aufgaben

• Execute PMO activities supporting projects and programs across multiple functions, regions, and international affiliates.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives related to business transformation, strategic programs, global marketing, and product launches.
• Support and maintain standardized PMO processes, governance, tools, reporting, and methodologies.
• Partner with international commercial and marketing teams to facilitate communication, alignment, and successful delivery of key initiatives.
• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and overall performance.
• Support risk management, resource planning, and issue resolution across complex projects.
• Prepare project status reports, executive summaries, presentations, and other communications for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, workshops, town halls, and council sessions, ensuring both logistical and content alignment.
• Collaborate with senior PMO leads and project managers to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Maintain transparency and consistency across project reporting and governance activities.
