Role Overview
Join the Firmwide Marketing PMO to lead large-scale, visible programs with ownership, complexity, and accountability. This role requires an independent operator to drive end-to-end programs across content franchises, campaigns, client experiences, digital platforms, governance, and partnerships.
This strategic role involves planning, execution, risk management, governance, and delivery from concept through post-launch, aligning with Firmwide Marketing and COO priorities.
Pay Rate
Up to $75.57
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-workstream programs comparable to firmwide franchises, spanning video, audio, digital, events, and channels.
- Translate strategic objectives into executable plans with timelines, milestones, and delivery models.
- Drive programs from concept and stakeholder alignment through launch and post-launch measurement.
Strategic Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across various departments and external agencies.
- Proactively identify risks and decision points, providing recommendations.
- Lead cross-functional forums to ensure alignment and accountability.
Governance, Risk & Controls
- Ensure programs meet governance, legal, and compliance requirements, collaborating with relevant partners.
- Manage disclosure alignment, review workflows, and approvals across formats.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and decision logs.
Execution Excellence & Speed to Market
- Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and asset trackers for rapid execution.
- Drive efficient workflows balancing speed, quality, and control.
- Continuously improve PMO processes and templates.
Communication & PMO Leadership
- Produce clear, concise updates for senior leadership.
- Serve as a model PMO leader, setting standards for program management.
- Mentor and collaborate with PMO team members.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in program or project management within marketing, media, content, digital, or complex organizations.
- Proven ability to lead large, high-visibility initiatives with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in regulated environments, including governance, legal review, and compliance.
- Strong command of project planning tools and reporting, with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills for decision-making.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels.
