Job summary

North Point Technology is seeking a Program Manager to lead large, high-risk enterprise programs across business and technology teams in a global manufacturing environment. You will drive scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and quality through the full delivery lifecycle and mentor project managers to achieve program objectives.

This hands-on leader will coordinate vendor relationships, develop integrated plans, and promote PMO standards and tools such as PMI guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of project/program management experience.
• Experience leading large complex enterprise programs.
• Experience managing $2M+ programs.
• Full SDLC experience with multiple end-to-end tech implementations.
• Knowledge of PMI standards and practices.
• Proficiency with MS Project and related PMO tools.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple interrelated projects within enterprise programs.
• Plan, direct, facilitate, and coordinate program activities to meet objectives.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, resources, and quality.
• Ensure alignment of projects with program objectives and benefits.
• Coordinate business, IT, technical, and vendor resources for high-performing teams.
• Develop integrated program plans, schedules, and dependency maps.
• Establish relationships with stakeholders and governance bodies.
• Provide program charters, requirements, approvals, and governance materials.
• Prepare status reports, financial updates, and executive presentations.
• Mentor project managers and promote PMO standards and tools.
