Job summary

EnerMech, a global specialist in energy and industrial solutions, seeks an experienced EBS Manager - Project Delivery to lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across the organization. You will blend project management with business analysis to translate requirements into scalable, standardized solutions and ensure delivery on time, budget, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IS, CS, Eng or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end enterprise systems.
• Experience with cross-functional, global stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business transformation projects from initiation to operations handover.
• Define, validate, and prioritize business requirements; ensure traceability to benefits realization.
• Plan, govern, and maintain project plans, budgets, and delivery milestones.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change; coordinate mitigation actions.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable, standardized solutions.
• Oversee as-is and to-be process design for simplification and standardization.
• Coordinate with vendors and system integrators to ensure value for money and delivery quality.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, including security, data, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, cutover planning, data readiness, and go-live readiness.
