Job summary

GAC Solutions is seeking a Director to oversee multi-market delivery across North America, UK/Europe, Australia and New Zealand. The role includes directing daily lead huddles, weekly one-on-ones with Delivery Leads, and coordinating market standups as go-live risk management grows across regions.

Responsibilities include program leadership syncs with the Global Program Director, weekly status reviews, and guiding release readiness.

Responsibilities

• Chair Delivery Lead huddle daily (15–30 min) to address blockers and new risks across markets
• Run weekly one-on-ones with each Delivery Lead for RAID reviews, coaching and support
• Attend or chair market standups and working sessions to stay close to go-live markets
• Lead program leadership sync with the Global Program Director Weekly for portfolio status and escalations
• Review leadership status reports weekly and finalize market statuses before distribution
• Attend BYTE product and engineering syncs weekly for release plans and cross-market dependencies
• Attend release/go-no-go reviews per release to confirm readiness against criteria
• Lead SteerCo pre-reads with YUM executives monthly to capture feedback
• Present or support Market SteerCo monthly for executive status, risks and decisions
• Present staffing, financials and delivery health in Capgemini account/delivery reviews biweekly or monthly

Job description

• The Director should expect four to six hours of meetings a day across time zones (North America, UK and Europe, Australia and New Zealand). Some early morning and late evening calls are part of the role.
