Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in the United States, Chicago area, is seeking an experienced IPS Account Lead SPOC to manage national client portfolios and a geographically dispersed PM team. You will drive client service excellence, oversee budgets, and act as a trusted advisor to clients in real estate project delivery.

The role requires 10+ years in real estate project management, strong knowledge of construction methods, and a track record of leading teams while meeting financial targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of experience as a real estate project management leader.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and construction methods.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with executive-level stakeholders.
• Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and change orders.
• Experience supervising, training, and evaluating talent at various levels.
• Travel expectations: 20% to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management services for national client portfolios.
• Develop and execute project delivery strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Build and manage key client relationships and resolve conflicts.
• Interface with executives at all levels within JLL and client organizations.
• Meet/exceed KPIs while maintaining high delivery standards.
• Attract, develop, and retain a geographically dispersed PM team.
• Coach team members on procedures, best practices, and methodologies.
• Oversee project lifecycle and vendor performance.
• Manage account P&L to achieve financial targets.
