You will drive Windchill initiatives to improve engineering productivity, collaboration, and innovation while mentoring teams and shaping enterprise standards. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
- Hands-on Windchill administration and engineering systems support.
- Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver scalable CAD/PLM solutions.
- Experience supporting product development, engineering change, and releases.
- Strong project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead deployment and adoption of Windchill and related PLM solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable CAD/PLM system designs.
- Partner with engineering and manufacturing to improve workflows and data management.
- Drive training efforts and promote PLM user adoption.
- Mentor engineering systems teams across the enterprise.
