Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a highly experienced Windchill PLM professional to lead design, development, and delivery of PLM solutions across multiple industries. You will guide end-to-end implementations, ensure scalability, and maintain alignment with client objectives.

You will manage configuration, integration, and data migration while collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing technical leadership to ensure best practices and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of Windchill PLM development, configuration, and project leadership.
• Deep expertise in PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, and QMS.
• Proficient in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, and debugging tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Windchill PLM solution design and implementation across modules and domains.
• Manage configuration, customization, and integration to meet client needs.
