Job summary

IREN is seeking a Senior PLM Coordinator in San Francisco to own Part Master/Item Master Data and BOM structures for AI compute clusters. You will manage parts, systems, racks, and service parts through ECO/ECN cycles, ensuring data integrity across PLM and ERP.

Collaborate with Engineering, Sourcing, and suppliers while guiding PLM best practices. This role requires experience with complex BOMs and lifecycle management under a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5–7+ years in PLM, data management, or configuration management for complex hardware.
• Experience with PLM systems (Arena, Oracle, SAP) and PLM-to-ERP integration is a plus.
• Understanding EBOM/MBOM/FRU/CRU, revision control, and where-used relationships.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Part Master/Item Master Data and BOM structures in PLM for AI compute clusters.
• Build multi-level BOMs per defined part numbering and classification specs.
• Translate team needs into BOM structures to support sourcing, build, deployment, and service.
• Lead ECO/ECN activities, redline BOMs, and drive changes through release.
• Audit data quality and ensure PLM-ERP alignment; mentor other PLM Coordinators.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, and suppliers.
