Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in transformation leadership or advanced degree with relevant experience.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation and enterprise system implementations.
- Experience deploying PLM platforms such as Windchill or similar enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute program roadmaps, governance structures, resource plans, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with business stakeholders and IT to deliver enterprise system implementations and process improvements.
- Drive readiness activities including requirements validation, design reviews, testing, and deployment planning.
- Identify risks and lead mitigation, dependencies, and issues to resolution.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure program effectiveness and adoption.
