Big Blue Marble Academy in Tallahassee, FL seeks an Early Child Care Lead Teacher to plan and implement activities using a play-based curriculum, guiding children through developmentally appropriate skills as they explore the world.

You will develop daily rapport with families, share milestones via electronic reports, and follow enhanced safety guidelines to keep the classroom clean and safe. Employment requires background checks and onboarding.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Early Childhood coursework, CDA or degree preferred.
• At least six months experience in childcare, daycare or preschool preferred.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Must be able to visually supervise children at all times.
