Big Blue Marble Academy in Villa Rica, GA is seeking dedicated Early Child Care Lead Teachers for full-time and part-time roles. You will guide a play-based curriculum, engage children, and partner with families to support development.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Early Childhood coursework, CDA or degree preferred.
• At least six months experience working in childcare, daycare or preschool preferred.
• Employees must be able to stand for six to eight hours daily and lift a minimum of 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities using our play-based curriculum that take children on an adventure around the world while developing developmentally appropriate skills.
• Develop rapport with families daily and use electronic daily reports to share milestones.
• Follow enhanced safety guidelines to keep the classroom clean and safe.
