Big Blue Marble Academy in Tallahassee, FL seeks an Early Child Care Lead Teacher to plan and implement a play-based curriculum for infants to preschoolers, fostering development and a global perspective.

You will build daily rapport with families, share milestones through electronic reports, and follow enhanced safety guidelines to keep the classroom safe. This role offers on-the-job training and a clear career path from assistant teacher to center director.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required.
• Early Childhood coursework, CDA or degree preferred.
• At least six months experience working in childcare, daycare or preschool preferred.
• Employees must be able to stand (six to eight hours daily) and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Employment contingent upon background checks and onboarding processes.
