Big Blue Marble Academy in Monroe, GA is seeking an Early Child Care Lead Teacher to implement our play-based curriculum, build strong family relationships, and support children's development from infants to preschoolers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Early Childhood coursework, CDA or degree preferred.
• At least six months experience working in childcare, daycare or preschool preferred.
• Employees must be able to stand for six to eight hours daily and lift a minimum of 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities using a play-based curriculum that takes children on an adventure around the world while developing skills.
• Develop rapport with families daily and share milestones via electronic daily reports.
• Follow enhanced safety guidelines to keep the classroom clean and safe.
