Job summary

Ingram Micro, a global leader in technology distribution, seeks a Platform Expert for the Xvantage platform. You will serve as the main global contact for engines in your domain and collaborate with Solutions Enablement to define requirements and drive new functionality worldwide.

You’ll coordinate cross‑functional work with Platform Enablement, Platform Success, Growth, Operations, Product and Engineering, prepare demos and stakeholder updates, and translate business needs into clear technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years functional experience.
• Experience with digital platforms and operational knowledge of how to execute processes on the platform.
• Ability to present in both technical and non-technical terms to large and small audiences.
• Proficient use of Jira, Confluence, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the main global point of contact for engines within the assigned technology domain.
• Established knowledge of platform environments and required key systems – Jira and Confluence.
• Execute strategic plans for growth of domains and new functionality development globally.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Platform Enablement, Platform Success, Platform Growth, Platform Business Operations, Domain/Product, Engineering, etc.
• Develop complex business requirements documentation through collaboration with Global and Regional teams and align priorities.
• Coordinate and provide demonstrations of new functionality prior to UAT and prepare leadership updates.
