Job summary

Danaher is seeking a visionary Chief Information Security Officer for the Life Sciences Platform. This senior leader will own end-to-end cybersecurity execution across all Life Sciences OpCos, shaping policy, architecture, and risk management in a global context with regular international travel.

You will build a distributed Platform Security Team, align enterprise standards, and drive continuous improvement within GxP and FDA-regulated environments, including audits and certifications.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of information security leadership experience in a global organization.
• Experience owning cybersecurity certification and audit programs.
• Familiarity with GMP/GLP/GxP environments and 21 CFR Part 11.

Responsibilities

• Translate global cyber strategy into measurable platform outcomes across Life Sciences OpCos.
• Lead a globally distributed Platform Security Team across multiple functions.
• Manage cyber risk register, risk management, and remediation across platforms.
• Oversee audits and certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HITRUST) and customer security questionnaires.
• Coordinate with Product Security on regulatory cybersecurity requirements (FDA, SBOM, PSIRT).
• Drive onboarding of acquired businesses with security integration and data protection governance.
