Job summary

Danaher is seeking a senior cybersecurity leader to own end-to-end cybersecurity execution across Life Sciences OpCos globally. You will translate the global cyber strategy into measurable outcomes, leading a distributed Platform Security Team and coordinating with executive stakeholders across North America, Europe, and Asia.

You will oversee risk management, certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HITRUST), and regulatory compliance in GxP environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 12+ years of information security leadership within a global organization.
• Experience owning cybersecurity certification and audit programs at scale.

Responsibilities

• Translate global cyber strategy into measurable outcomes for multiple OpCos.
• Lead a globally distributed Platform Security Team across functions.
• Oversee cyber risk register, vulnerability management, and architecture standards across platforms.
