Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Platform Information Security Officer to lead cybersecurity across the Life Sciences Platform globally, reporting to the CISO. You will drive strategy, risk management, and assurance across OpCos, collaborating with security, IT, and manufacturing teams to meet regulatory requirements and protect critical pharma data.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of information security experience.
• Experience as a CISO, Deputy CISO, or equivalent.
• Experience with pharma-customer security questionnaires and third-party assurance at scale.
• Experience with GxP-regulated environments, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and computer system validation.
• Willingness to travel 25–30% internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end cybersecurity execution across Life Sciences OpCos globally, translating strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Build and lead a globally distributed Platform Security Team across multiple domains.
• Manage the platform cyber risk register, risk management, and remediation delivery.
• Lead platform assurance activities: audits, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HITRUST, and customer security questionnaires.
• Coordinate with central Product Security for FDA premarket cybersecurity and postmarket activities.
