Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Senior Platform Offering Manager in New York to own end-to-end GTM strategy for platforms and marketplace customers. You will work closely with the Head of Platforms and cross-functional partners to resolve friction points, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth across existing and new customers.

The role requires strong data-driven decision making, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience, ideally combining Consulting/Investment Banking with hands-on ownership at a technology company.
• Experience in payments or fintech is a plus.
• Based in New York City with travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the go-to-market strategy and execution for Adyen's platforms and marketplace customers.
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Marketing to ensure customer needs are reflected in offering.
• Develop data-driven business cases and influence senior stakeholders across the organization.
• Partner with vertical teams to align GTM execution with industry-specific needs.
• Lead enablement for commercial teams and ensure scalable packaging of offerings.
