Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams in platform or full-stack domains.
• Proven track record leading senior and principal engineers.
• Strong full-stack background: backend services, distributed systems, microservices.
• Experience with design system infrastructure, developer platforms, localization, or AI tooling.
• Collaborates with design managers, product managers, and TPMs to balance quality and velocity.
• Leads distributed, asynchronous teams across multiple time zones.
