Job summary
Caterpillar is seeking a leader to drive Artemis, the global IT delivery platform for Cat Financial. You will translate business priorities into scalable solutions, oversee AI-enabled delivery, and build an operating model to improve delivery, risk management, and business value.
The role requires leading a diverse, global team, advancing standard delivery practices, and partnering with stakeholders across IT and business to ensure quality, security, and on-time outcomes.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience leading delivery of a software product or platform.
- Hands-on experience defining and running software testing strategies.
- Familiarity with modern web stacks (React, APIs, AWS) and AI in delivery.
- Experience with Agile delivery and backlog tools (Azure DevOps preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own the Artemis roadmap and backlog: prioritize demand and releases.
- Lead global delivery teams, remove blockers, ensure flow from refinement to production.
- Standardize delivery lifecycles with common workflows and tools.
- Define how AI and automation are applied within delivery and governance.
