Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, cybersecurity, or equivalent.
Experience leading globally distributed teams and offshore delivery partners.
Proven experience with enterprise IAM platforms and security.
Strong understanding of service management, observability, and reliability.
Experience with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and modern platform engineering.

Responsibilities

Lead IAM platform operations and engineering teams for availability and performance.
Coordinate globally distributed teams and offshore partners for delivery.
Set standards for monitoring, incident response, and platform health.
Drive automation to reduce manual work and improve stability.
Enable AI-powered operational capabilities for monitoring and remediation.
Define KPIs, SLAs, and platform health metrics.
Oversee platform lifecycle activities: upgrades, patching, capacity planning.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, and application teams on secure services.
