Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT/Cybersecurity.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams and offshore delivery.
• Strong knowledge of service management, monitoring, observability, and reliability engineering.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, IaC.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise platforms.
• Experience driving automation and operational transformation.
• Experience using AI-enabled operations tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM platform operations and engineering teams for availability, reliability, and resiliency.
• Manage globally distributed teams and offshore partners.
• Establish standards for monitoring, incident response, and platform health.
• Drive automation and DevOps practices to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Enable AI-powered operational capabilities for monitoring and remediation.
• Define and measure service performance via KPIs, SLAs, and SLOs.
• Lead platform lifecycle activities including upgrades and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and budgets; develop high-performing teams.
