Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Lead Architect within Corporate Sector, Employee Platforms, to shape the target state architecture across platforms. You will drive agentic AI capabilities, work with cloud environments, and collaborate with engineers, security, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will influence architectural decisions, establish reusable patterns, and ensure governance, traceability, and secure operations while delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on architecture concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced in one or more programming language(s) and architecture expertise.
• Experience applying enterprise AI capabilities with data governance and security awareness.
• Ability to integrate AI into enterprise architectures with resiliency and auditability.
• Strong judgment and communication to influence technical direction.
• Agentic AI architecture: hands-on work on agentic systems and tooling.
• Public cloud implementations for AI, data, or integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Represents a product family in technical governance and proposes improvements.
• Provides technical guidance to business teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Leverages enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate architecture decisions with human-in-the-loop validation.
• Guides evaluation of new technologies using standards and frameworks.
• Drives design decisions affecting product architecture and operations.
• Develops secure, production-ready code and reviews others' work.
• Contributes to engineering communities and SDLC governance.
• Establishes reusable AI-enabled patterns and governance across SDLC.
