Job summary

BAC (Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc.) seeks a Plant Controller at its Milford, DE facility to partner with the Plant Manager and leadership to optimize cost structure, improve EBITDA, and lead financial projects at the site.

You will own site reporting, cost accounting and inventory controls, manage budgeting/forecasting, and collaborate with the Americas Finance team to drive continuous improvement and SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years in accounting/finance leadership, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and internal controls (SOX).

Responsibilities

• Own financial reporting for the site and collaborate with leadership.
• Manage inventory, material usage controls, and cycle counting.
• Lead cost accounting activities, including variance analysis and valuation.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and the annual plan for the facility.
• Drive cost-out and productivity projects and support Americas Finance.
