Job summary

BAC (Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc.) is hiring a Plant Manufacturing Engineer II in Milford, DE to drive equipment improvements and lean initiatives across manufacturing operations. You will lead cost-out projects, justify CAPEX, and partner with engineering, maintenance and operations to improve OEE and MTBF.

The role requires a BS in engineering and at least five years of hands-on experience with metal fabrication equipment, CAD design, TPM, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (manufacturing/industrial/mechanical preferred).
• Minimum 5 years' experience with metal fabrication equipment and process improvement.
• Hands-on leadership experience executing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality and productivity cost-out projects with detailed plans.
• Benchmark and specify technology/equipment for process improvements.
• Implement new tech, equipment or processes and track plans.
• Improve PM programs and drive TPM culture with maintenance teams.
• Develop CAPEX requests and justify equipment upgrades.
